Hopin Twitter Giveaway (Lanyard Entry) Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

SPONSOR:

‍Hopin US Inc., 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808 (“Hopin”). Giveaway(s) not sponsored, administered, endorsed by, or associated with Twitter.

ELIGIBILITY:

‍Giveaway(s) open only to permanent legal U.S. residents, aged eighteen (18) or older, physically residing in the United States of America or the District of Columbia as of the date of entry, except for residents of Florida, New York, or Rhode Island, who are not eligible to enter the Giveaway(s).  Hopin employees and contractors and their immediate family members are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. 

Entrants must have a non-private Twitter account, and follow Hopin’s Twitter account (@Hopin), in order to enter and win. Persons who do not have a Twitter account may create one for free at www.Twitter.com. Twitter Terms of Use apply.  

ENTRY PERIOD:
‍Unless otherwise indicated by Hopin, Giveaway(s) begin at 09:00 am PT on Monday 10/11 and ends at 06:00 am PT on Tuesday 10/12 (the ““Entry Period(s)”).

HOW TO ENTER:

‍During Entry Period, enter Giveaway by following the instructions in the Hopin Twitter Post(s) description.  Failure to follow any of the instructions provided will not result in a valid entry.  Each submission that follows the instructions provided will count as one (1) entry to the Giveaway. Only one (1) entry per person, per Twitter account, per Entry Period is permitted. Anyone using multiple accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible.  Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

PRIZES:

‍For each Entry Period, one (1) winner will receive a gift card with a total retail value of $450 to Airbnb. All gift prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prizes.

PRIZE SELECTION:

For each Entry Period, the winning entry will be identified as set forth in the Giveaway(s) description or chosen at random the day after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be notified via Twitter DM’s. Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours from the time of the notification Tweet or will forfeit such prize, whereupon another winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. All decisions or judgments by Hopin in this Giveaway are final.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES:

‍Winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility and/or execute a release to receive the prize. Winner must provide to Hopin an email address to which the prize shall be distributed. Winner agrees that any information they provide to Hopin in connection with the Giveaway(s), including without limitation name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number, or twitter handle may be used by Hopin in accordance with Hopin’s Privacy Policy, and may be shared with Hopin’s affiliated business entities or other third parties (including without limitation by placing the winner’s name on a winner’s list).

Participation in the Giveaway(s) is at entrant’s own risk and Hopin is not liable for: (i) any hardware or software malfunctions, connectivity issues, or other human, mechanical, or technical failures, any of which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Giveaway(s); (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or in connection with Giveaway(s); or (iii) any failure of the prize to reach a winner’s provided address. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND HOPIN DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PRIZES. 

By entering the Giveaway(s), entrant releases and holds harmless Hopin, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, attorneys, agents, vendors, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that exists or arises from acceptance, possession, and/or use of any prize, or participation in the Giveaway(s).

Hopin reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Giveaway(s) or to modify these Official Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The Giveaway(s) shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. By participating in the Giveaway(s), entrant agrees that any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts of New York, NY, and consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts. If any provision of these rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
